Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise web experiences supporting Apple University and global learning initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, content publishing, localization, quality assurance and launch execution across multiple concurrent programs.
Role
Web Producer IV — own end-to-end delivery of enterprise web experiences supporting Apple University and global learning initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, content publishing, localization, quality assurance and launch execution across multiple concurrent programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming web requests and prioritize concurrent workstreams
- Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, publishing, localization, QA and launch readiness
- Support more than 20 enterprise learning experiences across 16 languages
- Perform accessibility validation, responsive testing, content verification, regression testing and launch-readiness reviews
- Partner with content strategists, designers, engineers, localization teams and business stakeholders
- Author and maintain web experiences using enterprise CMS platforms, HTML and CSS
- Develop publishing documentation, operational processes, launch checklists and workflow guidance
- Identify opportunities to reduce delivery friction and improve publishing efficiency
